Shipping policy

Shipping is free for all orders over $75 at Savage Siren Shop ✨

All "Ready to Ship" orders are processed within 72 business hours. "Made to Order" sets will require an additional 24 business hours for processing, PER SET. (I.e., if 3 "Made to Order" sets are within a purchase, EACH set will be allotted 96 business hours to process, consecutively). Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

International Orders are shipped via DHL. This offers tracking and approximately 7-10 days in transit.

International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Savage Siren Shop nor are they set by Savage Siren Shop. They are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.

We do not offer refunds for lost packages.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not offer refunds postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Due to mail delays from the COVID-19 pandemic, current delivery estimates are 3-5 working days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, support will contact you via email.
